  My husband and I went into the store last Thursday. We bought a mattress and a sofa with guaranteed delivery the following week (today Monday) I called this morning and the associate told me they have nothing scheduled for delivery today, that there was nothing scheduled at all for delivery...ever!!! The associate and manager I spoke to seemed not bothered by this like it was no big deal I have no mattress (we got rid of our old one that morning, or sofa) Absolutely HORRIBLE!

  So I go in today to make my monthly payment and a worker informed me that they no longer take cash payments through td bank, that they just stopped yesterday.so he informed me that there was a number I can call to pay over the phone,online,or mail. I’m reading this paper and get disgusted by what an employee of this store wrote. As you can see from the picture” hallelujah” is wrote on the bottom in pen. Oh it was so inconvenient for the employees to count cash and put some numbers into a computer and give a receipt. What a hard job that must be. The employees were quick to take my money when I wanted to purchase furniture from their over priced store. Maybe next time they hand a paper to a paying current customer they don’t give the copy that an employee has written his/her personal feelings about taking cash payments on it. I swear if I wasn’t a couple payments from paying off a 5k bedroom set I would’ve told them come pick it all up. I definitely will not be a returning customer after I’m finished since counting money is such a hassle for this store.

  My wife and I purchased a new bed shortly after my newborn was born. The original delivery was delayed due to the manufacturer not sending all parts ,we were told this was fixed. On October 2nd When they came to assemble the bed in our home my wife overheard the assemblers talk about not having the right tools and just had fighting the screws but they never spoke to us about any concerns. The first night the bed then collapsed while my wife was feeding our newborn at 1am. When we informed the salesman (Nick) who sold us the bed he asked us to make a repair appointment and he would try to expedite it. We made one for the 14th and did not hear anything from Nick or Raymore in general. The 14th came and went and no one came. On the 18th we called to see what was happening and were told we would receive a call back that day but obviously that never happened. Beyond disappointed and will never do business here again. Just wanted to edit this and say we also bought the protection plan, obviously a waste of money if they won’t even come out to fix it.

  Ed was a terrific salesman that allowed us to really take our time in the decision making process. The scheduling & delivery was on time and the crew who delivered our items were great. Thanks Raymour and we will be back for more once our other rooms are ready for an update!

  My family has shopped at Raymour & Flanigan for decades so it was only right to go with them for our couch purchase because of their product quality and customer service. We did not feel rushed or persuaded into anything when we walked in the door. The associates respected our time needed to look and feel the furniture. Eric at the Middletown store was very pleasant to work with. The purchasing part was quick and easy. No sitting for ages going over numbers and more suggestive selling! We also came into the store unexpectedly on a VIP day where we received some nice gifts with our purchase. The delivery was super efficient as well. The men left no mess and took all of the wrapping. The delivery guys, David and the second gentleman, asked where we wanted each part of the sectional and they both put it together perfectly. We are more than pleased with our overall experience and our new couch!
