My sales person Martin was very knowledgeable and not pushy on any either making a sale or me choosing an appliance. As far as service goes. In all the deliveries I’ve had in my life. I’ve never met a more courteous or professional group of delivery people in my life. Not only were they very kind and courteous. They were extremely professional, and they made sure that all the appliances worked properly and they made sure the stove was level. I highly recommend Michael’s Appliance Center to anyone looking for a new appliances.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the beginning. During the sales process, we had to do most of the research ourselves, and we didn’t feel guided or supported the way we expected from a local shop. Less than two years later, we had an issue with one of the appliances and needed service — and this is where things got even worse. Every time we called the store, we could never get a real person on the phone, and our calls were never returned. We ended up having to physically go into the store just to schedule a service appointment. Even then, it took three weeks for the appliance to be fixed, and it was only a simple part that needed to be replaced. We really wanted to support a small local business, but the lack of communication and follow-through made the entire experience frustrating and disappointing. We wouldn’t recommend Michael’s Appliances based on our experience.
- AAAlsoNov 22, 20251.0I bought my appliance from there and it was fine then became a nightmare almost everything came in either wrong or smashed up then they send multiple “repair men” never resolved the issues then they we made out of warranty but they wouldn’t honor anything even though since the day they were delivered fridge leaked the other appliances cosmetic defects. I have multiple other homes so I’ve bought my fair share of appliances I would recommend Home Depot over Michael’s they will atleast honor your warranty.
