- MMMichelleOct 8, 20255.0I purchased a used Softub hot tub on FB Marketplace only to find out the motor was not a factory motor and would not heat the water. Steve was able to replace the motor with a factory motor, and replace the inline GFI for less (about $1,200) than the repair center in Rochester quoted me. Steve really knows his way around the Hydromate motor ! Excellent customer service from Catherine (she took many calls from me) and in store service from Madison! They set me up with the right chemicals, tested my water and our Softub is up and running!! Thank you !!

- DMDaniel MineoJun 11, 20211.0Apparently the owner can’t be bothered with customer service . Purchased fireplace there and had a problem with fan , she didn’t want to know anything . I’ve also purchased all my pool parts and chemicals there for many years . Purchased a new pool cleaner and she was very short with my questions and couldn’t care less. She was very short and unpleasant to her poor employee also , may have even been her young daughter , I hope not for the helpful teenagers sake .you won’t see me again.
