    For a company marketing itself as a “Family Owned Business” this store is really questionable to say the least great furniture sureee ! Yet the customer service couldn’t match what a shame . First off the sales rep was making remakes on my body I find inappropriately distasteful when I informed him we would need a mattress to accommodate for my back injury . All while disrespecting and FAILING to acknowledge my partner properly . Secondly they took TWO weeks to deliver our bed gave us a “partial” delivery , THEN we would call and be informed their system was down other times no one would answer all while FAILING to mention that their company is going through a systematic rebrand don’t get me started on how the sales rep was pestering us insisting on us buying a mattress from their store with our bed & base AFTER we went in person to find out why our bed was not delivered which was not in our plans thank JESUS of Nazareth we DIDN’T you want customers to spend their cash while simultaneously giving them poor customer service how does that work . Overall Proper Customer service and transparency is very important when managing a company and for anyone looking for good furniture and for it to be delivered on time and to FEEL confident in your investment Don’t go here because you won’t FIND it .

    This store is the worst! Don’t buy from here. They delivered items damage and won’t replace it. They have not delivered the item and won’t process a refund! They are a scam and want to steal your money! The manager named Guy Lafaillle has not been helpful at all. He thinks he is a manger but he doesn’t act like one. He doesn’t know or want to help to solve the issue. This is the worst experience in costumbre service. If an item is not being delivered, money should be refunded. Stay away from this horrible store.

    We went to the Maspeth location for a dining table and chair. We received good service from the floor salesman. He was willing to be flexible with the specific chairs, we wanted even though they didnt come with the Sheffield Table we ordered. The woman behind the corporate service counter was not courteous. Our delivery went alright but within hours several washer fell from the table or chairs onto the floor. There were some dents in the wood of the table as well. We had a hard time getting our table serviced after sending photos and calling twice. We are still trying to figure out if its worth calling and chasing after. We did not get the customer service we needed after the delivery was made. We didnt get the gift card we were promised upon our purchase either.

    The service was incredible ☺️. Our consultant, Guy, was very patient and welcoming. Explained us every detail from finding a bed to the moment of making the purchase. We’ve been having trouble finding a perfect bed with dresser. However, out of all options in store, we were able to find one. Thank you !
