I know this is a storage unit, but she don’t have a basic hospitality as a receptionist. As a first-time customer, I recently reserved an 8x10 storage unit. Unfortunately, I encountered an exceptionally poor customer experience due to the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist, Adrianna. While I understand that this is a storage unit, the receptionist failed to demonstrate basic hospitality and courtesy.

When try to leave, there were another car blocking, asked receptionist for help, she said technically they can park because this is 2 car parking. So she told me to wait. After 30mins wait out of patient, I went to inside to find the guy who is folding clothes in his closet. Terrible first time experience.
