- STSyntyia TaylorSep 14, 20231.0I ordered a closing pillow online with in store pick up. It first said the earliest pick up date was in 5 days. Then it changed to 6 days. I went to check my email on the day of pick up and it was pushed out 6 more days. I called the store and I was told the internet was down but it I came in and showed the confirmation email, they would honor it. I get there, they is an older woman on the phone who doesn’t greet me. She starts yelling on the phone and out loud because she was hung up on. A younger woman comes to greet me and she recognized my story as I was on the phone with her. When she goes to speak to the other employee, she yells at her but then apologizes. After it was explained that I was there to pick up the pillow. She was very frustrated and stated that “for future references I am not allowed to come to the store and pick up my order until it says it is ready”. I explained again what happened, with an attitude she says “well our internet was down”. I explained that was a her/store problem and if she was unable to give me my pillow, I would like my money back. She went to find the pillow and took my email confirmation information. Unfortunately, I will not do business with this store in the future. 9/14/2023

Also had a fluke issue with a chemical I bought there. They stood behind me in dealing with the issue and made it right. Would highly recommend using this location.
