    It is incredible how unprofessional raymour and flanigans is. Spending thousands is suppose to be the bad part of shopping. This company makes every bit of the experience terrible. If I could go back in time, I would stop myself and build the furniture before shopping here. They will blame the terrible experience on a “new system” they are using. They simply just don’t care. If you want an enjoyable experience buying furniture… just don’t go here. I’ve been waiting close to a month for a dining room table. I cannot even tell if I’m being robbed or not at this point. They don’t answer your calls. Update: It is now 11/15 and they have canceled my order for a third time.

    A perfect purchasing experience, outlet no different than the full price store for customer service, courtesy, helpful staff and wonderful merchandise. Same excellent delivery service. Love my table and bench, high quality and just want i wanted!

    I ordered a bed frame . It was supposed to be at the store the next day . It didn’t make . The associate at the store had it loaded on a truck with no delivery charge and it was delivered the following day.
