  We had such a great experience working with Henry at the Raymour & Flanigan Outlet in Commack. He helped us pick out a couch, a TV stand, and a dining room table, and he was amazing from start to finish. He wasn’t pushy at all — he really took his time, listened to what we needed, and made sure we found the right pieces for our home. His patience and professionalism made the whole process so easy. Highly recommend asking for Henry if you’re shopping there!

  I worked with Timothy Hetzer at the Commack location, and he was incredibly friendly and patient throughout the entire process. He offered great suggestions and took the time to guide me step by step until I found the exact couch I was looking for. I really appreciated his help and excellent customer service!

  We were greeted by Ken Hammer a salesman my wife had met a few days before while shopping for a bed and mattress for our newly engaged grandson.He was fantastic by suggesting not insisting while patiently and thoroughly showing the various mattresses available in our price range. He made the experience a pleasure.

  Steve at the Commack outlet was great. Personable, professional, answered all our questions and gave us information we didn't even know we needed! Great experience. We bought a sectional couch and will be back for our bed and dining table. We will be asking for Steve when we return. Everyone should request him.

  Basit was easy to deal with and helped us decide on a sectional. We really loved the Portman. He explained why it was a good idea to get the platinum coverage as well. Would highly recommend him and Raymour for all your furniture needs.
