Went into the store and spoke with manager and had no sympathy what’s so ever. Said delivery was never in system and couldn’t even explain why it wasn’t delivered or even in the system to be delivered. 3 DAYS OR LESS IS BS! Never again!!!!

She showed us many options and helped us find what was right for our house. Thank you Jessie! We had previously seen other locations but nothing compares to Carle Place. It was well worth the drive to view all of their items on display and work with Jessie. At other furniture stores, we felt very pressured which really put us off. With Jessie, she listened to us, informed us of options, and respected our needs when we said something wasn’t for us. In a matter of only a short time she really understood what we wanted and guided us in finding out perfect bedroom set, which we may have never noticed without her! She was very knowledgeable of the stores inventory (impressive considering this store is HUGE!) and by getting to know us, quickly was able to find the perfect fit. With other stores, I found myself quickly overwhelmed and unable to go through most options. With Jessie, it was such a breeze and made the browsing stage fun and inviting, wanting to see more. Thank you, we will be back!
