The customer service in store is great. However, once you put down your deposit, it takes forever for them to schedule delivery or even send the correct payment link. Communication was sparse and we waited weeks to finally receive a corrected payment link. We were better of just placing the order online.

Do not purchase the protection plan. It is a scam. In store they will claim it covers essentially everything, but when you go to schedule your one time use of it they will tell you it only covers spot cleaning. And that is if you can even get someone on the phone.

I purchased furniture for my whole house. Paid almost 30k. Had some issues with the dining room and couch had a tech come only to patch things. Called back because my other pieces started having problems along with the previous pieces. My dining room table is supposed to be mat and I am having shiny spots show up on the table. I have used the table 3 times in 2 years. My couch is caving in and when we sit on it, it creeks as if we had it for years. One of the beds we have is upholstered the buttons are popping out of place. Mind you, this was an item we had to wait for almost one month because it was “custom”. The coffee table had drawers and they are starting to not close properly. I have a dresser that has touch lighting. Only one side works. I have a side table that the drawer does not close properly from day one. A tech came out one time patched up and more problems developed. To pay this amount of money and for furniture to crap out in two years is crazy. I’ve had my bobs furniture for way longer and nothing was wrong with it. I thought purchasing a new home, it would be nice to get new furniture as well. I should have kept it and saved my money what I purchased was overpriced garbage. I have made an appointment to get my pieces fixed, got a phone call telling me I needed to re schedule because it was a holiday and the people had an extra day I said no problem. I rescheduled and have been waiting all day. I called and they said they had no schedule day for me. After waiting all day got given the runaround, trying to call customer service and waiting 40 min on hold only for the person to hang up on me. I’ve tried to call back and I keep getting voice mail. I’ve already left a message but no one has called back. The customer service is garbage just like the furniture. They treat you so good when your in store, up until they take your money. After that it’s your problem that’s how it seems to me! I will never be getting anything from Raymour & Flanagan
