I had a good experience in store but after that it went down hill. My couch was in stock when I bought it, and had a scheduled delivery date. On the day it was to arrive I never received any communication. I called the store, they didn't have me scheduled for delivery and my couch was now out of stock. I never got any communication which is the part I’m most upset with. I had already thrown out my old couch and my family had to sit on kitchen chairs in the living room during the holidays. If I had received any communication before hand I would’ve been understanding. Their response was “I don’t know what happened”

“Pay more for Shenanigans” that’s what they should be named. I purchased a dresser 18 days ago and STILL don’t have my dresser or a refund which I requested after two rescheduled delivery attempts 10 days ago. Beyond horrible customer service. I reported them to the BBB 5 days ago and they haven’t even responded to that. They are basically scam artists that take your money and don’t deliver a product then say it can be up to 15 business days from the day you manage to get ahold of someone before you “might” get your refund. Buyer beware.

I can say that I have always had good experiences at Raymour & Flanigan in the past and this last time when I was there was no different. Staff was quick to offer help and provided options for my need to stick within my budget.
