I rec'd a call on 11/18 saying I owe a large balance. I was asked to come back into store. I spoke with a sales manager when I arrived and was informed that a new system was installed which made it appear that I did not pay in full. After spending over 30 minutes there, the issue appeared to be resolved. I was given a new sales receipt. A few days later, I red'd a call that my headboard was damaged and I will get a call on 11/2 informing me when all my furniture would be delivered. I get another call saying the mattress I ordered is not in stock and I have to come back to the store to choose another mattress. The furniture was initially scheduled for delivery on 10/25. I'm moving! I need my furniture. I canceled the delivery and asked for a full refund. NEVER AGAIN Raymour! Thank you Bob's Discount! You were a lifesaver!
