I'm giving this place the top rating because the staff at this particular facility are top notch in customer service. The manager Oscar Ceballos is very patient and gracious. Jasmine Alphanso, Assistant Mgr. is amazingly sweet and helpful. She stayed overtime to set up my unit and even helped with my luggage. The space is super clean, safe, and the hours are good. However, the rental costs are way too high.
