My unit was broken into months ago, and after coming back to town months later I had to find out there have been countless break-ins over the period of time I’ve been gone. The break in occurred apparently only a short time after I moved my belongings into the unit, and whoever was responsible had enough time to open all my boxes and neatly place my belongings back. And they must have had access to the facility over a period of time because they knew my unit had recently previously been empty. The sad excuse of responsibility the facility has taken, and the fact they tried to brush the incidents under the rug, has pushed me to write this review which is something I never do. And on top of everything they raised the price for my unit without informing me and after they’d confirmed when I signed up that the price would stay at a certain rate.
