Unless they are bribing people for them, it's absolutely mind boggling how they have so many positive reviews. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I have been storing here for many years. The company has been bought and sold at least twice. My rates have doubled, while open hours have been cut drastically. The main reason I originally stored here was that they were open until 10pm, now it is only 7pm, and I can never get there by then. After paying on time for years, I got behind once, very briefly, and the threatened to have my belongings auctioned, and even charged me for the filing involved in this. Recently, I called because their online system was showing that I had been double billed many times. When I called to discuss this, I was yelled at, and hung up on, after being gaslit. These are awful people who just want you to go away. The manager, Johnoi Ellis, treated me like a criminal. I explained that I am dyslexic and needed to see things in writing, but he kept repeating, "someone will call you back about this." He yelled at me and hung up on me. This ill-tempered, unempathetic person should not be in charge of anything or anyone. Omar did similar things to me on the phone, just without the yelling. STEAR CLEAR OF THIS PLACE AND THE ENTIRE CHAIN. Nobody will help you with anything besides taking your money.
