  Had another great experience with Mooradians. Purchased a Kitchen table and chairs. Our Salesperson (Sara) was GREAT.... even when we got home and decided to change the color, she sent us samples and we resolved immediately. Our delivery was also exceptional. Adam and Mark were awesome!! Adam called to give me a 10min arrival warning 😊 They even put our pads on all the legs Very professional and courteous ~ They were GREAT ! Consistently a positive experience :-)

  Emily Z is the best!! So helpful and knowledgeable. We have purchased family room and bedroom furniture from Mooradians over the last few years and always go back after looking elsewhere. Would not buy from anyplace else!!

  I purchased a sofa from Mooradians and noticed the arms leaning in and the middle sagging after a little use. Called Mooradians and they agreed to pick it up to repair it. It was brought back after they added the center supports that were missing when it was originally delivered. We were told by their service guy and Bill Mooradian himself that we had removed the center supports that were missing. An unbelievable claim that we vehemently deny. That claim to deflect from their mistake was the first sign that they wouldn’t stand behind their own mistake! The arms looked better on the returned sofa but definitely not completely straight. The bottom was not straight across the 3 sections and the sofa rocked. Even within 1 section that is less then 2 feet across it was off by over 1 inch and that is very noticeable. That is a sign to me that the frame was bent because of the missing support and they hadn’t addressed it. I talked directly with Bill Mooradian and he claimed it was perfectly fine to be that uneven but reluctantly agreed to take it back again. It came back again with little change in the uneven bottom that is still very noticeable and it still rocked. We were told both times to use the sofa and the rocking would eventually settle out. Plus on one side the power recliner wasn’t working. Their service guy came out again and found where a wire was loose under the sofa from when they worked on it. I showed him where it wasn’t even across the bottom and he claimed that he wasn’t told to make it even across the bottom . That was the whole reason they had taken it back to repair it! He would talk to Bill Mooradian about it and one of them would get back to me. That’s several months ago and they never got back to me! They deliver a defective product with missing center supports and then won’t repair the resulting bent frame. Bill has claimed that they often come from the factory like this but ours was not delivered all out of whack and we went back to the store to look at the same sofa on the showroom floor. The arms were straight and it was perfectly straight all the way across the top and the bottom of the sofa. Beware of their terrible customer support and failure to stand behind their product. This is not a cheap furniture store but it should be based on their terrible customer service. ************** Your reply is complete BS! The sofa has never been restored to its original condition! Your service guy even told me he was never asked to make it even across the bottom and the fact that one side didn’t work because the wire had been pulled out during service tells me Bills final inspection was woefully inadequate! Please look at the pictures and this is obviously not the original condition when compared to what’s on your showroom floor!.

  Audra helped us with selecting the living room and bedroom furniture. She was patient with our unique decision making process, there were no pushy sales tactics. I would recommend her and the store. The furniture is very high quality at this store.
