- MBMary Burnight4 days ago5.0I am a senior with some medical issues so it was important for me to buy a new bed which will provide comfort as well as quality, etc. My sales person (Andrew Fraser on Chain Lake Dr.) was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, caring and NOT pushy at all (yay!) I had to try several mattress models (two repeatedly) until I was confident with the “S & F” choice I made…. and Andrew stayed focused with me. The sale was yesterday, I have not received the purchase yet but I am simply writing this review to praise my BRICK experience with Andrew and to mention that the mattress I decided on seemed to give me noticeable comfort to my back pain aging-issues along with a recommended cooling style pillow and an adjustable frame which offered a soothing remote-controlled massage feature.

I was pleasantly surprised about the sale that was on. Found a beautiful leather sofa on for a very good price and another item I selected with a recliner chair. The sales person was amazing and I wish I could remember her name. Got all that I needed and wanted at a fantastic price and a better warranty without having to ask. Everything was delivered this morning. The two gentlemen put everything together and took away the packaging/boxes. Highly recommend the Brick. Tks

Our only issue was that we went looking for an agitator free top load washer, although there were multiple with agitators there was only one without. As we don’t usually east time and money shopping around we did purchase the one available at the time. The sales agent tried to sell us an extended warranty for approximately one third of the cost of the washer and when we declined they “went to retrieve the contract” and upon returning offered the same warranty at a discount. As I take this as a distasteful sales tactic I automatically declined again.
- SHStephen HimmelmanDec 23, 20255.0It started with Anurag J., he was great, very polite and not pushy at all. He was friendly and he know what we wanted after we described what we were looking for. We made the purchase and left the store very happy! The delivery was excellent - the email could not have been any better, telling us what time they would be there and how many stops had to be made before ours. As they made their stops it showed it on screen, and then changed the screen to a GPS still an we could follow them right to our door. There was enough very polite guys to bring in the heavy purchase and offered advise to remove the very good package protection that was protecting our purchase. IN all the BRICK is a very good company to buy from!

Guys arrived when they said they would . Reviewed and measured pathway prior to removing and bringing new fridge in. Pleasant quick, careful removal of old fridge and unloading of new fridge. Helped put exterior door back on hinges. Would have been a five if had levelled fridge correctly and left an instruction booklet (?) Efficient but not rushed.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
