  The owner seriously needs to intervene at this location- am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I received during a recent phone call with Cindy from Management at 278 Lacewood Drive Halifax. My experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of one of your representatives, who resorted to yelling, creating a hostile and unproductive environment. Such conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, it became evident throughout the conversation that the staff member lacked adequate training. Basic inquiries were met with confusion and incorrect information, leading to further frustration and a significant waste of my time. This lack of knowledge not only failed to address my concerns but also demonstrated a clear deficiency in your company's training program. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues. This includes providing additional training to your staff to ensure they can handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally, as well as implementing measures to prevent future instances of disrespectful behavior.

  I had to come on here, and let you know that the two guys who delivered my sectional today are truly amazing. To say they went above and beyond to get my furniture inside a couple of very small doorways would be an understatement. They very well could have and probably should have given up but in the end they were successful and I couldn't be more greatful. Thanks again guys!

  Called twice requesting information. Person who answered the phone was very rude, had a poor attitude, huffed and puffed at me. They made me feel worthless when I already felt bad enough. Take your business elsewhere if you do not want to feel like a bother.

  My advice. RUN. since the management change over this place has gone to the gutter. you never get a straight answer stories change everyday over and over again. they dont really care about loyalty or anything. I was with them 2 years and after lie after lie and issues with new delivery etc I said no more. and watch out for the own in 1 year BS for "previously enjoyed" items. I had gotten a fireplace that was to be mine in a year for $10 a week. prefect. then ending up changing stuff over the year I needed and rates changing around etc...so I finally a year later I decided I was going to see how much the fireplace would be to buy out right. They wanted $400 for the fireplace that was used before me. So I paid a year on it..and they still wanted $400. I eventually had enough and made them come pick it up. which was a pain to do. Management talks badly about your back and lies to your face. you're better off looking on kijiji. dont believe a single word from anyone there. Delivery guys have always been so kind...its the management. something needs to change.
