    The owner seriously needs to intervene at this location- am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I received during a recent phone call with Cindy from Management at 278 Lacewood Drive Halifax. My experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of one of your representatives, who resorted to yelling, creating a hostile and unproductive environment. Such conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, it became evident throughout the conversation that the staff member lacked adequate training. Basic inquiries were met with confusion and incorrect information, leading to further frustration and a significant waste of my time. This lack of knowledge not only failed to address my concerns but also demonstrated a clear deficiency in your company's training program. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues. This includes providing additional training to your staff to ensure they can handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally, as well as implementing measures to prevent future instances of disrespectful behavior.

    They are not very good at doing as they are supposed to. There is 2 items that we have tried to get them to pick up for over a month and they still haven't and once again no one knows anything about it ! They were supposed to pick them up last month before new charges came out but didn't and took the charges. They had to reimburse the charges , which was a fight , and said they would be by the nextvweek to get the items. It's been over a month and after a couple of more calls , still never picked up and once again took charges out. Another phone call and the store manager remembers one part of the conversation from a month ago but not about picking up and not taking charges ! She now needs to talk to staff and investigate the matter ! Clearly incompetent staff and management at this store. No one can get their act together to do what was supposed to be done over a month ago !

    Called twice requesting information. Person who answered the phone was very rude, had a poor attitude, huffed and puffed at me. They made me feel worthless when I already felt bad enough. Take your business elsewhere if you do not want to feel like a bother.
