First day was a little 'iffy' in that the timers had not been set so lights did not come on. That said and very important to note: I called the company, rather agitated, and expressed my frustration. They immediately sent a crew to correct the problem. I was impressed with the supervisor for this crew. He apologized emphatically and spent more than an hour reviewing the previous set and correcting the problem. I measure performance on more than just an initial contact. It's about the customer service provided and this, to date, has been stellar. I highly recommend and will use this company next year. Morever, I may check into their landscaping service offerings for the Spring and Summer. Good job and great follow up, Red Shovel Team!
