  My wife and I stopped in to pick out a recliner for our baby’s room, and Rob was amazing! He made everything simple, sweet, and super quick from choosing the recliner to explaining the delivery and protection plan. Everything went smoothly and stress-free. The next day, I called the store just to confirm the delivery address, and Jamylis was so kind, patient, and professional. She helped me right away, and I was also able to tell her how great Rob was lol. Overall, a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Excellent teamwork at this location we’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases!

  Order #09275DOWOJP – Very Disappointing Experience I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store and the customer service I received. I purchased a new bed, and when it arrived, the wooden parts were in very poor condition. The surface is rough, unsafe, and has even caused injuries to my son, leaving him bleeding. I have attached photos for reference. I also received two drawers with the bed, and I requested to return them. However, the store refused to accept the return and also refused to repair or replace the damaged wood. I am shocked that a company of this size would treat its customers this way—no support, no solution, and no responsibility for the defective product they sold. This has been a very upsetting experience for me and my family. I hope this issue is taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible.

  Well where do i start , I purchased a sofa and an ottomon on line and scheduled for a pick up at this location the nextday. Only to arrive at south plainfield find out this location does not have pick up nor do they have the item i purchased in stock After speaking with a sales rep Brenda - who was very VERY nice and attempting to be helpful , by reviewing my online sale with her - she helped me pick out a different set to schedule delivery and had me pay additional funds for the delivery . Two days later I call to follow up to make sure a delivery was set up - and to my suprise - but not really …more chaos ! They never credited me or applied my funds to the purchase so again , I am couch -less and my funds are being held . You cant get any one on the customer service line and when you go in person they state its two different web / commerce systems that are causing all these problems . This company is deceitful and taking money with out ensuring the customer receives merchandise as advertised . I will be following up with a lawyer and escalating such deceitful practices

  Amanda and John were excellent in helping my Fiance and I choose a couch for our first home. Right when we walked in, Amanda greeted us and helped us look and select a couch perfect for our living room. Will definitely return
