    They're all very nice at this store so they got 2 stars for that. But I ordered a pair of recliners on Thanksgiving Weekend. They said that they would be in stock the following week and then they would contact me to arrange delivery. Two weeks go by and I don't hear anything at all from them. So I go on the website to check my order. That function on the website was not working so I was pointed to the chat option. I tried the chat and got no answer for an hour. So I called customer service and there was no answer. I left a voice mail and never got a response. So then I emailed. No response again. I drive back to the store and I cancel the order a few days before Christmas. It's not like I was in a rush to get the recliners. I just don't want to spend $1k+ and have no idea when it's coming. So they cancel the order, and I got my money back. I was going to let it go and not write a review until today. 5 weeks later and more than 2 weeks since I canceled, they just called me and said the recliners came in and they want to set up a delivery. I don't know what to say. Hollywood comedies about ineptitude are more believable than this. Do they use computers or is everything a paper transaction with this company?

    I will not recommend anyone buy from this store. By any chance if you receive a product with defect, you need to call them again and again for replacement. I already reported my issue but still no one called me back for replacement. Their service is horrible. For my product delivery people made a crack on the furniture and shared it with their supervisor but no response yet for replacement. I end up calling them again and again.

    Terrible service, there are so many other furniture stores that I am sure you can choose from, we ordered a couple of items for our new apartment, they said it would come on a certain day and it never arrived, it’s been a whole month and only now are they telling us to go pick it up from the store. Save yourself the money and stress of going here, I would never purchase from them again.

    My wife and I stopped in to pick out a recliner for our baby’s room, and Rob was amazing! He made everything simple, sweet, and super quick from choosing the recliner to explaining the delivery and protection plan. Everything went smoothly and stress-free. The next day, I called the store just to confirm the delivery address, and Jamylis was so kind, patient, and professional. She helped me right away, and I was also able to tell her how great Rob was lol. Overall, a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Excellent teamwork at this location we’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases!

    Order #09275DOWOJP – Very Disappointing Experience I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store and the customer service I received. I purchased a new bed, and when it arrived, the wooden parts were in very poor condition. The surface is rough, unsafe, and has even caused injuries to my son, leaving him bleeding. I have attached photos for reference. I also received two drawers with the bed, and I requested to return them. However, the store refused to accept the return and also refused to repair or replace the damaged wood. I am shocked that a company of this size would treat its customers this way—no support, no solution, and no responsibility for the defective product they sold. This has been a very upsetting experience for me and my family. I hope this issue is taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible.
