Horrible customer service and attitude they are anxious to sell you something but if you have a problem with an order they went from over anxious for a sales commission to they can’t be bothered and terrible attitude! I will make sure I travel to the Fairfield store or another store next time

I recently visited the store and had a fantastic experience thanks to his professionalism. Robert provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was incredibly patient as I navigated my options and proved to be very knowledgeable about the inventory, answering every single question I had with ease.
What I appreciated most was his approach; he was not pushy at all. I never felt pressured to make a quick purchase, which made the entire shopping process stress-free and enjoyable. If you want a seamless experience with someone who truly knows their stuff, go see Robert!

I bought a couch and two chairs on Sunday 11-30-25. The salesman couldn't have been nicer. I was given a delivery date of Thursday 12-4-25. I was told I would get a text on Wednesday 12-3-25 giving me a window for delivery. Well Wednesday came and went and there was no text. So I called first thing in the morning and was put on hold and then cut off. I called back two more times and was cut off again. I finally got a manager named Mo who promised me he would call me back once he investigated what was going on. He said he tried to call the warehouse but no one answered. He then said he sent an email and he "promised" he would call me back. I waited several hours with no call. I called the store again (4th time) and was told Mo went home. (Family Emergency OK) however I was cut off again. I called back and spoke to Ramone the store manager. he waived the delivery fee after being on the phone for 35 minutes only to be told there was no chance I was getting furniture on the 4th. They had to have it moved from other warehouses to NJ. To summarize they had NO INTENTIONS OF SHIPPING ME FURNITURE ON THE 4TH. THEY DID NOT TEXT, CALL OR DO ANYTHING. THEY WERE GOING TO JUST LET ME SIT THERE AND NOT DELIVER ON THE DAY THEY SAID. THEY THEN GAVE ME A DELIVERY DATE FOR 8 DAYS LATER!!!!!!! I WAS SUCH A FOOL. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIFIC! DON'T BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY!!!!!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you want to be subject to the WORST customer service department ever. I purchased a two-piece modular couch here on November 8th. Raymour guarantees to deliver your furniture in 7 days or less. So tell me why I am now recieving my couch in two different parts, one being delivered to me SEVENTEEN days after purchase even though it was IN STOCK, and one piece having to be picked up BY ME 21 days after purchase. In the time between purchasing (I paid in full, btw, $1588) and now, I consistently had to reach out to my salesperson and the store for answers and updates as to where my couch was. Not ONCE did the store contact me when they said they would. If I hadn’t harrassed them about my purchase, I probably still wouldn’t have it. My salesperson Robert was my only point of contact, and he was having to pressure his managers to get me answers. The manager Mohammed was entirely unhelpful, flippant, and unnattentive. He simply does not care. After the way I was treated I should be getting this damn couch for free. I’m giving this place two stars ONLY because my salesperson Robert was kind and apologetic throughout the whole process and did his best with this catastrophically unprofessional management, and because the couch is very good quality and I actually love it. There is so much more I could add to this, just please don’t shop here.
