They did not mention that it was a 24 month contract with monthly payments and if you want to opt out early you have to pay a $200 cancellation fee on top of the monthly payment for that month. Tried speaking with customer service rep Tiffany. She hung up on my twice when i called back the third time she wouldn’t take my calls and when i requested to speak to her to finish up the cancellation as she claimed to be “removing my payment methods” i was transferred to a virtual assistant twice when i request to speak to her by name. Do not recommend.
