Even the filter is still like new after all these years (after getting the dust out, of course). I was tired of the air canisters, did a search online, and bought two of the datavacs, one for me, and one for my brother-in-law. Both of us love them, and highly recommend them to PC users.

I ordered a hose recently and wasn't going to work as I thought. I emailed Customer Service and they gave RMA# for return. Need more companies out there that take care of customers like they do. It already stopped working properly and is now a useless paperweight. I reached out to customer service and was told I’d have to pay to ship it in, pay to get it back, and pay for any repairs if it can even be fixed. The only other solution they offered was to buy another one. Seriously? For a product that barely got used? Extremely disappointed and frustrated. I expected more from this pump and from this company.
