    They had make this the worst experience. No one in the location can transfer the call to a manager to help. I have purchased a bed on Saturday November the 8th. Delivery was expected by Tuesday the 11th, I provided my sisters phone number (she had to take off to help me) no one contacted her AT ALL. After we called they said they tried to call to another phone number (customer service was in charge to get all that info correctly, she didn’t) so they said this can be reschedule for Monday the 17th. I was sleeping on the couch for 2 days then I traveled. Today was supposed to be delivered and they didn’t send a confirmation text as THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO, so we called again. I had to call from Puerto Rico because my sister took another day off and she called to get information and no one could assist her. Unfortunately, the person who I spoke with (Brandon) said the bed will be there soon and made sure the people from delivery had my sisters phone number correctly. They NEVER CALLED!!!! Another day off for my sister y had to pay off my pocket FOR NOTHING. When I tried to speak with a Manager they never transferred the call so no one took real care of it, they can’t give me a proof that they called her, it’s freezing outside and I can’t have my sister waiting for hours till they pop up, unbelievable. No one took care of us, today my boyfriend got 2 pillows $200 each for me to get there tonight and sleep on that bed, and that is not even possible because they DID NOT DELIVER the bed. This sucks and it’s very frustrating, they care less if you are frustrated they don’t do anything to solve but find the next availability even when they messed up. I arrive tonight and imma have to sleep after my trip in the couch. After 5 hours of flight to sleep in a couch when we have spent money on a bed it’s not yet in my house. No manager and no one who can really take care of a PROBLEM. Do not buy with them. Find another place!!

    Bought a couch set from this location and they sent a defective set. Went back to the store to get a switch out or refund and was accused by store manager (George N.) of staining the set. He also claimed this is something "my people" do all the time. Save yourself the effort and go to Secaucus instead because this store is being managed by R&F most unqualified manager.

    The worst furniture delivery store. There has been no updates since 4 months. They already charged me for the sofa but there is no signs of delivery. Their customer service number always have huge wait times and their online chat disconnects while waiting. What is going on. Why is nobody responding to this email. This is how you treat your customers? I have been terrified by your services. I cancelled my order and then there is no activity on it nor anyone is responding from any where. No body picks up the call the customer care line is always busy. Nothing via online chat. This is ridiculous and you should better get serious on this. Annoying your customer is no good!

    I purchased a right chaise under the Platinum Protection Program with Raymour & Flanigan and arranged a drop-off and pick-up at the Route 440 store to avoid the $85 home shipping fee. However, when I arrived, the store manager refused to take back the old chaise or provide the new one, saying this was “not allowed.” I explained that the Platinum Protection Program itself had scheduled the store pick-up and drop-off, so why would it be arranged if it wasn’t permitted? The manager couldn’t give me a clear answer. Instead, I wasted time, energy, and money renting a Home Depot truck just to be told the store wouldn’t honor what was arranged. The manager only offered to reimburse the truck rental, admitting I had been misinformed, but still avoided answering the bigger issue of why the program had set this up in the first place. To make things worse (or better I guess), while driving back home with my old chaise still in the truck, I got a call from the same store saying it was suddenly “okay” to return the chaise and pick up the new one. I turned back, did the exchange, and was told this was only allowed after the manager spoke with customer service. This entire process was frustrating, confusing, and a complete waste of my time. Either the Platinum Protection Program and the store are not aligned, or customers are simply being misled. Regardless, this location clearly lacks consistency and accountability. I will not shop at this particular location again, and I will escalate this issue so others don’t have to deal with the same runaround.
