0/5 Unsafe Product, Missing Furniture, and Terrible Customer Service
I had a terrifying experience with the nursery rocking chair I purchased as part of a larger furniture order from Raymour & Flanigan. While gently rocking with my baby, truly minimal movement, the chair suddenly became unstable. I fell backwards, hit my head, and my shoulder became dislocated from the impact of hitting the ground. I do have a weak shoulder from an old injury, but this fall caused it to dislocate.
I honestly wish I had cameras in the living room to capture the incident, because it was so sudden and dangerous.
Thank God my baby wasn’t injured, though it was a frightening moment for her. I’m also grateful my mom was there to take the baby while I tried to deal with my shoulder.
I immediately called to report the incident, hoping someone would follow up. No one ever called me back. In fact, communication from them seemed to stop completely after I reported what happened.
On top of this, they still haven’t delivered a piece of furniture I purchased almost a year ago. No updates, no follow-through, nothing.
And this wasn’t the first bad experience. When they delivered my dining table, the delivery person refused to help add the extension and told me the next delivery team (bringing the chairs) would handle it. Instead, he rushed me to sign his iPad with a five-star review that absolutely wasn’t earned.
Between the unsafe chair, the injury, the lack of any follow-up, the missing furniture, and the poor delivery service, I will never buy from Raymour & Flanigan again. I’ve lost trust in both their products and their customer care.

By far the worst experience that I've experienced purchasing furniture. On the day scheduled for my delivery, no notification and no delivery. The salesperson told me to call the store when I reached out to her for help, with no follow-up, or apology. When I went into the store the same day, no one could tell me why my order failed to be delivered. So they scheduled the delivery for an additional 8 days. Today, 8 days later I am missing one key piece of furniture. I reach out to store manager, and I'm told she is not in at 10:30 AM, but will call me at 12:00 when she comes in. 2:30 PM, still no call from the manager, Sophie. I call again and I'm told she won't be in until 6:00 PM. It is now 7:30 PM and no response from the salesperson, store or manager. I have no idea when I might receive the missing furniture. Communication has been horrible from day one. All I've heard is that they have a new computer system. This is my last time purchasing anything from Raymour & Flanigan. There's more to tell, but I lack the time and patience. Horrible business.
Great service and great products. Just don’t fall in the trap they push you to which is to buy everything in their credit card free of interest for a year. If you’re short a dollar after the year mark you’ll be charged a whole lot of interest and they will not take a dime off. Unfortunately, I was hospitalized for a long time and they didn’t take that in consideration.

Worst customer service. They lured and chased me to buy the product, and once after making the payment, there is no sort of communication regarding when the product be delivered and the status of it. They delay the delivery like forever and when we call them back to find out the problem, they don’t even respond properly. Perfect example of looting for their commissions.
