  I recently had my two bathroom floors regrouted by Frankie & Giuseppe. My house was built in 1950 and has the original tile floors. Both Frankie & Giuseppe are a credit to their trade. They wore shoe covers over their work shoes, removed all the old grout, bonded any loose tile, regrouted the tile, caulked around the toilets and the tub & stall shower. The tile looks clean and new with nice white joints! Best part...without any grout dust! Frankie & Giuseppe did a great job!

  Giuseppe came to recaulk my tub, shower, toilet, along the walls/floor, and to fix some grout work in my shower. He was friendly, professional, and knows his stuff. He explained everything he was doing, gave me choices when able, and gave me advice during the process. He did a beautiful and precise job, and cleaned up afterward. He even told me how to properly clean the grout. He answered all of my questions (even the ones I had after he left). Great guy to deal with, and prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use again, if needed.

  We had just remodeled our home and our contractor did a horrible job in our 2 bathrooms and kitchen! We called the grout dr and Frank called us less than 24 hours later to schedule a home visit! He came the day/time we scheduled to take a look and give us an estimate. His price was very fair and reasonable, we set up the day/time for him to come and he showed up on time and prepared for the job. He was here for 3 hours and did an amazing job cleaning out the grout/re-grouting and sealing! His work was quick and clean, we will definitely pass his name along as an outstanding job done! Thank You Frank

  From start to finish, Giuseppe was thoroughly professional, capable, creative and enthusiastic. He responded almost immediately to my request for a quote. After sending him the description and pictures of the space to be upgraded (the discolored grout on my tiled kitchen floor), he returned a detailed and reasonable estimate. His responsiveness and professionalism was such that I didn’t bother getting any other quotes and my faith was fully realized. He did a beautiful job, with incredible energy and attention to detail. I would gladly hire him again or provide a reference.

  This place is terrible, they took over the existing company and the new owner has no clue about how to do anything. They did my kitchen floor grout, and match wrong color they cameback and do a lighter one on top but didn't not cover well in some areas. Also did my master bathroom and a month later the grout was coming out. They use sealer color for they wall, and didn't cover all the areas so you can see diferent color as a result of missing areas. On top that product they use to seal is coming out as well so not good quality. I called one of the owner, and he sounded annoying by my complaint. He sent a guy to try to fix it but did nothing,. Material they used is garbage came off in a month. I paid over 2000 and was a total waste.
