I had an issue with my storage unit and needed to downsize so not only did he help with scoping out the stuff I needed to move, but he also made the transfer process SO MUCH easier. I originally was nervous about the whole process of transitioning to a new unit but Jared really really helped me out with my 50 questions, storage sizing, pricing, and overall honesty. I greatly appreciated it and had a great and smooth experience.
