  had a great experience at Raymour & Flanigan thanks to Ifraim Manashirov. He helped me pick out some new couches and a beautiful round dining table for my place. He’s very knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process easy without any pressure. What really stood out was that he always follows up to make sure everything is going well and that you’re happy with your purchase. Raymour & Flanigan is lucky to have someone like Ifraim on their team. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping there! 👍

  Great experience from start to finish. Gift was my salesperson. He greeted me immediately and helped me with exactly what I wanted! I went in for a sectional sofa, and ended up getting one of the newest ones on the market. There were three I liked and checked out, sat on them, wanted to fall asleep on them! Ha. Ha. But, it all went smooth, Gift took his time, and gave me space to browse the entire showroom! What a great experience. I'm about to have a new sectional sofa for my living room. I cannot wait. Delivery will be on Wednesday. It is Saturday. Excited. Thank you, Gift, and Raymour and Flanagan! 😁🤗❤️

  I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and customer service at Raymour & Flanigan. In under 18 months, furniture totaling over $10,000 — along with a purchased Platinum Protection Plan — has already required two repair visits for a defective bed and chest. For this price point, that level of durability is unacceptable. Even more concerning is the service experience. Reaching the service department is incredibly difficult. Calls go unanswered, voicemails are not returned, and after three days of repeated attempts, I finally reached a representative who was dismissive and unprofessional. It felt as though I was asking for a favor instead of requesting service covered under a plan I paid for. I have documented all repair requests and call attempts. At this point, I am requesting a permanent resolution — not repeated temporary fixes. If this matter cannot be resolved promptly and professionally, I will be pursuing escalation through corporate leadership and appropriate consumer protection channels. I hope someone from Raymour & Flanigan’s executive team reviews this and takes accountability.

  We purchased a furniture set from Alfredo at Raymour & Flanigan, and the experience was excellent. Alfredo wasn’t a pushy salesperson, which I personally loved. He gave us the space to take our time and make a decision—very different from our experience at Ashley HomeStore, where we barely had a moment to ourselves. My husband and I finally agreed on a set we both loved, and Alfredo patiently answered all of our questions without any pressure. Delivery was scheduled for less than a week later—even after the blizzard—and everything arrived right on time. We were kept updated with the ETA throughout the process. The two movers/installers were professional and polite, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!
