I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Raymour & Flanigan Outlet in Elizabeth, NJ. My sales representative was great, and my order was placed without issue, but everything went downhill from there.
When my delivery arrived, several items were missing, and one of the pieces couldn’t even fit in the space. I called the store immediately while the delivery team was still at my home to explain the situation. I was placed on hold, and the call was disconnected. Even though they had all my information and call-back number, no one bothered to return my call.
When I showed up in person, the manager’s attitude was rude and dismissive. She claimed she couldn’t replace the missing item and even tried to blame me for accepting the remaining pieces, despite the fact that I contacted them right away.
I spent over $5,000 and was treated with zero care or professionalism. I will never purchase from this location again. The lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable.

I had an outstanding experience at the Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Showroom & Outlet, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Duval. From the moment I walked in, he demonstrated a level of professionalism and courtesy that immediately put me at ease.
Duval is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to thoroughly understand what I was looking for, asking thoughtful questions and offering well-informed recommendations. Throughout the entire process, he was patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me make the right choice. His ability to explain features, compare options, and guide me through each step made the experience not only easy but truly enjoyable.

I left the showroom extremely satisfied, not only with my purchase but with the level of customer care I received.

They are very unprofessional and are not transparent with the clients. I shouldn’t known better base on the negative reviews they have specially Youseff first told us we could get a $300 offer on a master card and then came back and said store credit and to top it off promised a mattress removal and they couldn’t do it because he did not disclose very important details about “policies”

This location is the worst place to buy stuff from. Poor management, poor staff. I ordered some stuff for delivery months ago, I have a refund they are supposed to send right after my delivery, every time I call they tell me something different, when I ask to speak to the manager of the store they never take the call.
