I went in there with my husband right before our marriage and I'll tell you the worst experience possible ever. When I say someone makes you feel cheap and disrespected that's the most kindness way I can put it. The gentleman FIMA was our sales rep. He tried to befriended us, knowing that I spoke Russian and spoke to me. My language acting all nice and kind, but he ended up being such a rude guy that I never expected it. Came to the point where he's asking us and my husband, how many times I will keep looking exploring and looking at things. We don't know what we want? can we just buy something already? Why are we wasting our time? He had audacity to say oh if you don't know, what your going to buy now at the second time being here you're never gonna know. That was the most rudest comment ever. I've never met a salesman Who's been so rude to me before. i will never come back or give them my hard earned money.
Disrespect, lack of seriousness, and unprofessionalism are some of the adjectives I would use to describe this store and its customer service. I bought a dining set that they promised to deliver in 3 to 5 weeks, but it arrived 7 weeks later. Two of the chairs were defective (unleveled chairs). 7 weeks of waiting, paying over twelve hundred dollars, and receiving defective furniture is infuriating. I called the store, and the girl I spoke to was very kind. She filed a complaint with the appropriate department. A week passed, then ten days, and there was no response. I called again, and the same kind girl placed an alert. Three days later, they contacted me by text message, asking for photos of the defective products. I sent them the photos, and they never contacted me again. I called the store again, and the same girl gave me the phone number of the department, but they never answered. I made several calls, but there was no response. I wrote to them by text message, and they didn't reply either. I feel cheated by this store. I'm talking about more than a thousand dollars, an endless wait, and defective furniture. You call the company's customer service, and nobody answers. After a long time, a machine asks for your phone number and says they will call you back, but they never do. It's outrageous. I feel like I've been robbed in broad daylight.

The staff here are extremely rude even when they ask customers questions, they do it with a terrible tone. I absolutely do not recommend buying from this store. There are plenty of furniture and stores in this state and in New York that treat customers much better.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Raymour & Flanigan Outlet in Elizabeth, NJ. My sales representative was great, and my order was placed without issue, but everything went downhill from there.
When my delivery arrived, several items were missing, and one of the pieces couldn’t even fit in the space. I called the store immediately while the delivery team was still at my home to explain the situation. I was placed on hold, and the call was disconnected. Even though they had all my information and call-back number, no one bothered to return my call.
When I showed up in person, the manager’s attitude was rude and dismissive. She claimed she couldn’t replace the missing item and even tried to blame me for accepting the remaining pieces, despite the fact that I contacted them right away.
I spent over $5,000 and was treated with zero care or professionalism. I will never purchase from this location again. The lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable.

I had an outstanding experience at the Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Showroom & Outlet, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Duval. From the moment I walked in, he demonstrated a level of professionalism and courtesy that immediately put me at ease.
Duval is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to thoroughly understand what I was looking for, asking thoughtful questions and offering well-informed recommendations. Throughout the entire process, he was patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me make the right choice. I left the showroom extremely satisfied, not only with my purchase but with the level of customer care I received.
