I will never do business again made a cash purchase on May 15th 2025 for a wash machine that was a Lemon you hear me the motor was gone and all loud noise just a waste same day I called back got the salesman name Victor told him what was going on and to puck this washer back up with a refund less than an hour of them dropping it off to me. He asked me if i could hold on till that Monday okay cool.Monday comes they pick it up as Promised Now Thursday still No refund back to my Abco credit union card. i reah back out to Victor but first guy tells me he see my refund processing than transfer me to Victor I'm like I don't know why I got transferred but I'm calling in regard to my refund and what's the process Victor goes on to ask me if I'll be willing to talk with his manager I kindly said No it's settled just my refund please he still trying to upsale and keep the sale but when all actuality my refund should have been processed and not prolonged . Mad is an understatement He still saying my manager wants to do right by you and get you a brand new one with warranty for 2yrs I said look Sir It's settled a refund Now he's irritated and goes on to say okay it takes 3-5 business days. 3 hours later I called the hotline customer service number and talked to someone yesterday with a ticket number within 24hrs the regional manager was supposed to be reaching out because guess what still no pending refund and still no call from uper management . so now what's next the Better business bureau or small claims court I'm trying to be very professional and to think that you can just play with people Money is a hard no for me and the people.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
