We went on a Saturday to get some new furniture Adele was very good and knowledgeable she was very patient. We picked out our furniture it was scheduled for the next week we never heard from any we called they told us we were not scheduled it was disappointing they had a new system they were using and it was not working properly
we went to the manager he says not in my pay grade.. who says that to a customer.,

Can’t get through to the store no one picks up. Is the store shut down? Very disappointed in the lack of customer service that Raymore Flanagan offers. No one picks up the phone and my calls constantly get sent to voicemail. I’m trying to figure out what’s going on with my order as it’s been one and half months and I still don’t have my furniture.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF THEM!!! ITS LIKE THEIR PHONE DOESN"T WORK!!!
They cancelled my delivery out of the blue and did not notify me. Finally it's rescheduled, the movers did not have my correct phone number, they came and left without delivering my furniture. The local delivery service finally contacted me and left a voice mail asking me to call back And again, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! The worst customer service I've ever seen.

The Google reviews can't be accurate, read the BBB reviews of Raymour Flanigan. They are not BBB accredited. Their warranty is awful, their 3 day delivery guarantee is a lie, their LACK of Customer Service shows how much RF does NOT care about their customers. There is very limited options for furniture sales and RF knows this so they really just BULLY their customers. They also know that for people to seek legal action against them for their deceptive practices is not going to happen often. I would rather deal with a used car salesperson than a furniture salesperson. RF, don't bother responding to this review to contact customer care or the local store. Nothing gets resolved . Everyone who has a complaint against RF needs to contact the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General's Office and the FTC. These issues are not isolated but because RF never has consequences, they will continue to scam people with their unethical and dishonest business practices.
