  Addie spent almost three hours with us. She is incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful. She went right to the items that we were looking for and knew the entire store and product offerings. She was extremely helpful and not “pushy” in any way whatsoever. We WILL absolutely return to her for help in purchasing furniture in the future.

  My husband and I met with the Showroom Manager, Lynn Saltarelli, and couldn’t have been more pleased with the courteous service we received. Raymour and Flanigan stood by their Platinum Warranty Plan and Lynn helped us select replacement couches. She was very knowledgeable about store products and quality. Lynn couldn’t have been more gracious and her wonderful British accent and stories was an added perk!

  I just wanted to say that the sales representative who helped me over the phone today was excellent. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made the purchasing process very smooth. I truly appreciated their professionalism and kindness. Thank you for the great service!

  We were greeted by an older gentlemen, who at first seemed interested. When we told him what we were looking for, it was obvious he couldn't be bothered, he said you didn't have any of the items. He proceeded to show us items that we had previously said we weren't interested in and I repeated what we were looking for. He got a bit of an attitude and said "I told you already that we don't have any". We said thank you and walked away. We continued to look on our own and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. We found another salesperson, who was very professional, friendly and more than happy to help us complete our transaction. Thank you Nick! I have never written a review before, but felt it necessary to write this one. We all have bad days, but we need to keep things separate. This is no reflection on your company. We have purchased furniture from R&F through the years and have never had any issues before.

  Addie was very helpful and understanding and allowed me to look around and see the many sofas on display. She was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. When I was reached out to her for her assistance it was very easy and there was no pressure. I had gone to the store to just shop around but I wound up buying! It was a great experience and I will definitely ask for Addie the next time I shop at Raymour and Flannigan.
