  Great experience with Addie. She was helpful and made the process easy. Went with the Kristoff Sofa. Have used their furniture for years and it always holds up for the price.

  We are saddened to write this review. Want to lead off we did a pick up and had a nice experience with customer service and loading at the location. However, we are dissatisfied and disappointed in the couch we received. We decided to splurge and get a “nicer” couch. We found imperfections, the main two that seem lazy and don’t care: 1. The piece of thin wood is not thick as other pieces of wood and seems more fragile. This is concerning to us because the pull out couch is part of this. Meaning it already supports more weight than other pieces of the couch. 2. Is the needle work on the mattress. It is completely missing in several parts of the mattress. Then has hanging string in other parts. Extremely lazy. I’ll be honest pictures don’t do it justice. For a “nicer” couch that was literally 3x the price from the Big Lots couch we were replacing is simply not nicer. We only made this “upgrade” to make more room in our living room. Now we feel like we made a horrible mistake after seeing this awful manufacturing. We focused on R&F since they were known to the higher end. We wanted a piece of furniture we could invest in for a family. But now we feel like we made a horrible mistake after seeing these imperfections and poor detail to attention. Would not recommend to family and friends on this particular manufacturer.

  Ask for Mark - he is especially knowledgeable about mattresses but great with whole rooms or finding that special piece to complete your design. Amazingly good eye for design and quality, sensitive and practical about budget constraints.

  This place is so huge that there's something for everyone. Outlet section, clearance section, and a maze of a sleeper section. We walked in there, not expecting to find a dining table that we could both agree on, and ended up struggling to decide between 2 solid options. Both surpringly reasonably priced, and after picking one, got a bonus chaise to boot. I liked how the staff was very respectful of our space and our exploration path. They checked in casually and was never pushy. And then were available and efficient when we needed them. And can't believe our new stuff gets delivered in as early as 3 days! That's close to amazon speeds, but you get the benefit of actually sitting, feeling, and knowing that you'll love what you purchased. We'll be back as we slowly turnover our existing furniture room by room. And let the kids touch more fluffy textures =)
