    I am going to go against the grain here and leave a less than stellar review. My husband and I walked into this location last Saturday I was browsing and didnt really see anything in my budget. We went to leave and the one sales guy goes what are you looking for price range etc. So he explains he can look up anything he can see prices and get anything ordered. We explained to him off the bat we used a big box store a fridge haf a bad exp and were already hesistant. He tells us never use them always go to a private store they'll take care of us. So we sit and we go through what we want dont want etc. He was very helpful in listening to our wants needs and helping us order what would be a fit for us. So we order the gas range(stove) and he tells us it will be delivered Thursday the 29th and they will call the Wednesday before with a time. Okay awesome. Wednesday comes and goes no call for delivery time frame. So Thursday the 30th I call at 9 am explain we ordered the stove and when will it be delivered, give the guy my name and he tells me there's no record of an order we placed. So I give him order number finally the guy finds it and goes oh your name is cut off but its on the truck I cant give you a time but it'll be there. So the people come and they couldn't install due to missing a shut off valve we need a handy man. We get the handyman get what we need so the stove can be installed(we had the handyman come 11/3 work was done 11/5) My husband starts calling on 11/3 to tell them we are getting the valve and we can be put back on the delivery list. He calls multiple times over the next few days leaves messages, no one calls back. Finally last night(November 5th) I stop in on my way home from work because I want the stove I paid for. The guy asks me what I need and I tell him I have an issue and he goes okay someone else is here hell be right out. So its the guy that helped us order the stove. Hes like can I help you and I explain all of what happened. And he goes oh you were my next call you didnt have to come in and im like yes I did we've been calling and calling and no one calls back and he just looks at me. The he goes oh well well get it set up to install the stove and I go I dont have the stove he asks if they left it I tell him no. So he looks and the delivery people marked the stove as delivered. So he goes okay can we set up for delivery next Thursday and I say okay and he goes okay and explains how it goes again. I say to him okay are they going to actually call because last time they didnt. And he just looks at me. Hes like I appreciate the patience and i go on my way. I understand there's hiccups in things with one being on our end but we fixed what we needed ASAP. For me its just the lack of communication and accountability. If I got an "im sorry" for any of the things on their end they said they were gonna do and didnt I wouldnt be as upset. So fingers crossed I receive this stove next week without anymore issues because I need it before Thanksgiving. Update: they were supposed to bring the stove yesterday 11/12. This time we were called and told they would be there between 1 and 4. Yesterday at 4:15 no one showed up or called. My husband keeps calling the store no one answers as always. We get a call at 4:50 that they are running behind and on their way now. But no one can let us know? The guy shows up walks in and goes "where's the stove" my husband tells him that they are supposed to have it. So they go to the truck guess what no stove. So the delivery people get the manager on the phone they supposedly have it they will bring it today 11/13 Come to today my husband is trying to call the store no answer. So he goes there and they tell him basically they cant deliver it until next Wednesday (a week before Thanksgiving) I specifically ordered this early in the month to avoid this. I truly believe they have no idea where it is and its lost. After lots of calls arguing and fighting they are supposedly going to deliver this thing tomorrow 11/14 between 10 and 1 I will believe it when I see it

    I still had a couple small dents on the right side but I made them leave it anyway because I didn't want to wait another week for it to be delivered again I already waited two weeks because the first one was dented real bad the freezer is working fine not happy with the dents

    From our purchase from JR in Audubon, to the installation by Michael Ciarrocca and the delivery from (I did not get the names,). it was exceptional!!! I am a disabled person, and I was very, very, very comfortable throughout the entire experience. I feel blessed. An exceptional experience throughout
