  Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The sauna was delivered broken and unusable, and it remained nonfunctional for over three weeks. During that time, the company repeatedly claimed the issue was due to an electrical problem on our end, which later proved to be incorrect. When a service technician was finally sent, the interaction was unprofessional. The technician was rude and dismissive, and appeared more focused on deflecting responsibility than diagnosing or resolving the issue. Additionally, the service visit resulted in damage to our walls, which the company has acknowledged but has still not followed up to schedule repairs or provide a resolution. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to take ownership of both the defective product and resulting property damage fell well below acceptable standards. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company

  It's always a mixed bag having them come out. In this instance, the tech did absolutely nothing more than I had already done, and when he misdiagnosed a sensor being broken that I had already tested, I showed him how to plug in the sensor properly and then he agreed it was working. We had asked him to replace the heater that was malfunctioning, but Mainely Tubs charges $400 more than the identical part costs online, and then a minimum of $500 in labor to install, plus extra, since the existing heater was corroded so he was going to have to take more (that part makes sense) and then additional sensor costs, because their heater doesn't come with the sensors, and the part online comes with all of the sensors. So, we declined to have them install and just ate the service call cost. Wasn't worth anything to have them come out.

  Great service at the Rye store; the staff are always friendly and helpful. We bought our first hot tub there in 2020 and I go there for all my supplies. They also provide great guidance on products and water chemistry, etc.

  Bought a brand new hot tub here. Communication post sale was horrible and the delivery process was outright frustrating. Be careful if they tell you 1 month it may be 3 or 4.... Had an issue upon delivery and still have not heard back from their service team weeks later. Personally I would not recommend or shop here.

  Adam from Mainely Tubs was great to work with and was supper knowledgeable about the hot tub itself and how to maintain it properly. I would not hesitate to recommend to someone that they check out the large showroom in Bedford, NH
