  Would not recommend. On 09/24/25 I signed an estimate to have the top two layers of brick and a crown rebuilt on my chimney as well as a cap added. It was quoted as a one day job using 2 technicians. They scheduled the scaffolding crew for 10/01/25 and the techs for 10/02/25. Cap was scheduled for 10/27/25 as it had to be fabricated. Scaffolding came out on schedule however the scaffolding was set up one story too short. On 10/02 the techs said they were unable to work due to the scaffolding issue, we were told the scaffolders would come back out to add an additional level, and the techs would return on 10/09/25 to complete the work. Scaffolders showed up on 10/03/25 and added another level. On 10/09/25 no techs ever showed up. I called the office and was told that they did not show up because I was actually scheduled for 10/14/25, however this was not communicated to me. On 10/13/25, they called us to inform that they would not be coming on 10/14/25 due to inclement weather and rescheduled for 10/15/25. Can’t beat Mother Nature, however if this had been done correctly the first time the weather would have not been an issue. On 10/15/25 the crews actually showed up and began work, and then dropped a brick on my fence damaging the finish. Work was completed and scaffolding was removed later that day however we were still waiting for the cap install on 10/27/25. On 10/22/25 I received a call that the cap was in and they could come out the next day, 10/23/25, to install it. I did not need to be home for this part, so it wasn’t a problem. At 7:03am the morning of 10/23/25 I received a text saying there was a mix up and they did not actually have the cap and therefore could not install it, and that they would have it for 10/27/25. The cap was finally installed on 10/27/25, but left blue tape on it which will hopefully blow off eventually. The work done appears to be quality, which is the only redeeming part from this debacle. If you utilize Ceaser Chimney make sure you are able to take extra days off from work at random to accommodate their inability to manage a schedule.
