- DTDom TerrellDec 25, 20251.0I’ve been a customer for over 8 years. Since Covid there store managers lack boundaries, they call way too much and call way too early. I get phone calls from them as early as 6 am. After my current lease is up I will not be doing any business with this company.

She is sharp and short with them and tries to force them into buying things other than what they actually want. She talks over her other sales reps while they are with customers which is very frustrating as I like dealing with the one person unless I need other assistance. This manager is rude and discriminates against people with mental health disorders.

I was peacefully sleeping this morning (after working a 16 hr shift) when i was woken up at 8 am to POUNDING on my door that continued for ATLEAST 3 minutes straight. When I finally went to see who was on fire or bleeding out(because why else would they be knocking so violently), I saw some wanna be mob wife woman and a man who i’m assuming was supposed to be her “muscle” because all he did was stare at me menacingly. Not even a hi or hello, the woman jumped into calling me “Tammy” and trying to say I owe money. I told her that i’m not “Tammy” and she hadn’t lived here for at least a month now! Then Mrs Al Capone starts trying to suggest that i’m lying and that my vechile somehow belongs to “Tammy”. After some back and forth arguing, and glaring from Eric Cartman, they finally left with not even a simple “sorry for bothering you”. Tammy, if you see this please change your address with this company!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
