  My boyfriend Sean and I went into the store on November 22 to look at mattresses. We had a really great experience and informative information was given to help up narrow down our choice to pick a mattress. We decided to purchase one that day from Snooze. We were from out of town and opted to have the mattress shipped to us. They told us this company usually sends them out pretty fast but that it could be 4-6 weeks. My one star has nothing to do with the above, but sadly has to do with the lack of communication and customer service after our purchase. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything about our mattress delivery we emailed the man we worked with to check in and received no response. My boyfriend called Snooze and was told they were busy. I called another time and was given the number of their 3rd party shipping company. Over the next couple weeks we played the calling game. I called that number to be told they didn’t know anything and to call another 3rd party shipping company. They told me they couldn’t see anything and to call the mattress company. We then called Snooze back and they told us they would reach out to the vice president of the shipping company and someone would get back to us within 2 days. 5 days later we still haven’t heard anything. Now technically we are still in our 6 week window of delivery, however we have some travel days planned and wanted to make sure we had someone available to get the mattress inside if needed. Customer service is all about follow through. It doesn’t mean you have the answer or that you can make things happen fast, but it means you communicate that. Sadly I’ve felt like Snooze mattress got their money from us so now it’s our problem to deal with. I’m disappointed that I went from recommending them to family and friends to speaking with caution about our negative experience.

  Derek and Aid, with this company went way up and beyond to get us into a bed we wanted and could afford. The delivery and set up were beyond what we expected. Aida came back twice to get our headboard and bed height just where we wanted it. Highly recommend this mattress store.

  Erich and Sarah were amazing to work with! They understand old fashioned customer service. The were very quick , inquisitive and really listened to the answers I provided. It was beyond a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this place for all your bedding requirements
