What is the best way to pack a unit?
Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 15-day notice before you move out.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

No security deposit is required to rent a unit.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card on your renewal date.
