We found rodents (rats) burrowed under our HVAC unit where it entered our crawl space. The team installed a strong wire mesh around the entire HVAC hood, 10" into the ground, and sealed firmly with bolts into the HVAC edges. I could not have done it myself and couldn't know how to block such a large entry point. Successful, no further tunnels observed. I greatly appreciate their help and honest advice on an issue that feels embarrassing but is actually not uncommon.
