Then scheduled a time to get my friends furniture to her new place. My friend stated for them to call me before they go out there bc I live in Fayetteville and didnt want the drivers to wait on me. Never recieved a call , until around 5:30 6 at night saying that their delievery drivers have been here for 30 mins and then talked to me like i was dumb or something. Drove there and the furnitire wasnt there. Got rescheduled for today and still called me when there drivers were already there for 10 mins. This time it was A guy named Tyler, didnt really listen to anything only said what he had to and didn't care about anything else. Its not hard to communicate like adults, instead i was arguing with grown men that can't communicate or just suck at it. Ethan and thadious btw are awesome and deserve a raise other than that, I dont recommend anyone to go here, management team doesn't care unless they get money in their pockets.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time thatâs convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaronâs we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by âno credit needed?â
âNo Credit Neededâ means that you donât necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores wonât, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But donât forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
