- LHLizzy Harper3 days ago1.0Bought a couch and tv stand with a built in heater in full thinking they weren't used only to turn the heater obly to find it full of roaches inside and the couch that I bought was filthy and had gum on one of the cushion and the water when I cleaned just the ONE cushion was mud and I had to wash that ONE cushion 7 times for the water to not be so dirty. Y'all seriously need to check the products you have, especially if they are used because I have never had bugs in my life and I'm not starting just because of someone else's negligence, and someone not doing their job. Like seriously what if it had like bed bugs or something else in it like come on.

Today is only the 1st and they auto drafted me, I'm lucky that I had enough to cover it without over drafting. Guess I'll be going to the bank for a new card that they won't be able to auto draft They over charged me for 2 months for a total of over 200 they refunded only 85 Every one check your bank balance make sure they're not charging for something that's already paid Edit: after giving me a refund they just called me talking about I had to pay or they would come pick up my ps5. They can try and I'll sue them

Yeah don't think so... they would probably get more busy if they got there crap together... not happy right now .

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
