Our consultation appointment was in the early evening. The sales woman seemed to be in a hurry to leave - she made me feel rushed to make a decision on style and color. I'm not %100 satisfied with our purchase. I didn't see as many color options as I would have liked.

- TMTatiana MoskovskayaDec 20, 20255.0Extremely pleased with both service and quality of the product. We ordered quite a few window shades from Budget Blinds and two long curtain rods with motor. I was concerned about misplacing the remote controls for the rods, but as it turns out, in this case you can just gently tug on the curtain and it will open / close even without the remote, which is a great feature. Another thing that was awesome- I already had the curtains made by someone else and couldn’t find anyone in my area (Boone NC) just to make the rods, well Budget Blinds made just the rods for me and hung my curtains as well. The wood woven shades are great: beautiful and exceptional quality. Tracy, who came to measure the windows, was very professional and had an amazing knowledge of their product, without her help I would be still choosing the colors for the shades (there are so many to choose from), she was instrumental in helping me narrow down the colors for each room. Two gentleman who came to install everything worked very quick, there was no hiccups during the install and nothing had to be redone, which was a surprise to me as we had, between the rods and the shades, 15 windows to cover. Yesterday I had Tracy come back to measure 3 more windows and one glass door. I would definitely recommend using Budget Blinds! For me - it was a great find! Thank you, everyone who worked on my order.
