- AOAmy OwensJan 31, 20255.0Aaron's Aaron's is a special place you can go with a girl named Crystal that works there she will make sure that your payments are what you can afford and nothing over your pockets I went in there today and she helped me out with getting a sectional and a washing machine and my friend got a washing machine where we could afford it and not have to worry about no one coming to our door we can make our payments on time and don't have to worry about being ambushed about our stuff in our home and she will work with you and make sure that you get every need met and the payments are right where you need them to be she is a good worker she is a manager there and she does her job very well I myself would refer anyone to go to Aaron's in Lincolnton North Carolina to get furniture TVs washing machine dryers and they have very good prices and she will work with you and see how you need to be done for as your payments nine times out to him the items will not come out of the store she will order them and they will be brand new when they're brought to your home wrapped in plastic The man that deliver theseitems to your house will make sure that they're unwrapped in place where you want them in your home they're good workers and they work hard for what they do I refer anyone to go to Aaron's in Lincolnton and ask for Crystal the manager and she will make sure your needs are met I will give her five stars for the store and her ratings are very good when you walk in and they're very pleasant people to deal with they was very nice to me and my friend and we got exactly what we needed and we walked out waiting on our items to come to our home three to three days at the most is what you will wait for your items to come to your house and they are excellent shape so take yourself to Aaron's cut out the rest of the stuff that other people do out of these rental places that you have to rent furniture to own a washing machine to own or anything else cetera that you want this is a very good place to go to and I hope everyone enjoys their day I rate Crystal attend not a five

We decided to get our bed elsewhere because it was too expensive, but that's not why we won't be going back to this location. From the moment we signed up for a rental we've gotten shotty service. They do not know how to communicate with customers or each other. They said we signed up for auto pay, they must have left that out at the beginning. I never do autopay because wherever you go it never comes out when it's supposed to or it takes too long, or in this case the first time they took it out on the wrong date and the second time they double charged me one week right after another. I went to go get my refund for one of the payments, the manager knew it was coming but it took over 20 minutes. The manager didn't even tell me why I was waiting so long but stood there and talked to a customer while I was waiting for him to refund me for their mistake. Then every time I call up there nobody has any clue what they're doing. I set up the appointment to have the bed picked up they set up for this last Monday I called up there I spoke to somebody he assured me that we can change it to Friday, I was assuming he made some sort of note in the computer but obviously not when I called up there today nobody knew what was going on and my appointment was not changed it was still set for Monday. I never ever had this kind of trouble with the errands in Mooresville. Poor management issues I guess.

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
