Will never do business again the way they harass you over a late payment that’s a day late.

So, here I am -- back again -- writing another review on Aaron's RTO. About five weeks ago, our dryer went out: the switch had gone bad in it. My wife and I called Aaron's to send someone to repair it. We got the runaround for nearly two weeks. We were told that there was only one person who was "stretched thin" because the other guy was on vacation. A week later, they sent a technician out to examine our dryer. He was clueless as to what the problem could be until my wife inquired about the switch. The guy said "that's probably it," and informed my wife that the machine would have to go to GE for servicing, as he had no tools, or knowledge on how to fix it. My wife called me at work and told me the guy said he would be back to get the dryer and leave us a loaner. Noone came. Then, on Friday 08/08/2025, after paying a visit to the store, though there was only "one guy," they him out take our machine in for servicing. They issued us a loaner machine which the guy said was the exact same as the dryer we have. It was not. It WAS a GE, I'll give him that, but looked nothing like our dryer. This machine had only about half the features our dryer had. I asked him how long it would take to get OUR machine back; he said about a week. "You should have it back by Wednesday -- no later than Thursday." That's what HE said. Wednesday came and went, as did Thursday. A few other days, then weeks followed that. Still nothing. We started to call, only to get the runaround -- AGAIN! We were being told various things, the lastest being "let me check on the status of your dryer, then, when I find out, I'll give you a call at the number you call ME from." Nope. Noone has, and the latest was today (08/21/2025). We have never been late with or behind on our payments, so we expected better customer support. But I'm beginning to think that, with Aaron's, anyway, we're just business, not customers or even people. Otherwise, someone would be able to tell us something about our dryer. The set we chose is an excellent one, and certainly cheaper than the ones we research from other RTOs, but the cost of this disregard, overshadows the money we saved had we gone with one of the others. I don't like RTOs, but they DO have an advantage for those who need something immediately, but don't immediately have the money to purchase it right out. And, while we DID save a few dollars at Aaron's, the next time we need to use an RTO, I'll spend the extra money at some other one.

I had to call today for a new stove. Because mine stopped working and Brittani was way beyond helpful. If you need to rent anything for any reason, just give them a call. Trust me you won't be disappointed about it
