The serviceman Sean showed up on time. He had great way with the customer (me) explaining all he was doing as he worked. Sean changed the switches I requested. He also troubleshot the system and identified a defective switch which he replaced. I am very pleased with the servicing of my home alarm system by Carolina Phone & Alarms.
