During my visit, the lady who assisted me was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to look at photos of my home and landscaping area and offered thoughtful, practical suggestions on plant selection that were well-suited to my space, sunlight conditions, and desire for a low-maintenance design. Her willingness to engage, explain options clearly, and make suggestions based on what would work best—not simply what was available—made the experience both enjoyable and productive. It was clear that she cared about helping customers make good, informed decisions and take pride in the results. Customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare, and it deserves recognition. Martha is SOOOO wonderful, kind and knowledgeable! I just love this lady!! If you have an issue with your plants, she is the one to go to!!
