For the new item I ordered it was some confusion because no one will return calls. I have been calling all week to see if I can get a loaner when they pick up my washer but no one calls me back. I was told that the warehouse manager would or the store manager. No one has called yet. It's always they are busy and I will give them the message.
- MSMaria ShoemakerOct 17, 20141.0Wow, this is a very poorly run business.When we moved into our home in Fayetteville we had to wait about a month for our things to arrive from storage.So we decided to rent a washer and dryer from Aarons rather than make trips to the laundromat.We signed a contract with the agreed upon price and washer and dryer model.However, when they delivered the washer and dryer they brought a different washer model which cost 20+ dollars more a month, but we were assured it was "better" and really needed the washer so we let that slide.The washer was the loudest piece of junk ever.When our washer finally arrived we couldn't wait to return the washer and dryer to Aaron's.It took about two months and several phone calls to get them to finally come back and pick up them up and in the mean time they were still trying to charge us.What a nightmare, I would never do business with this company again.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
