- RBRebecca BairdJun 24, 20255.0If I could give more stars, I would! We had a great showroom experience with Jason. No pressure, no rush, help when we needed it. It was great to be able to try in person because we only like the feel of one sectional. We chose the Ludlow sectional and coffee table and the Harriet swivel for our porch. We haven’t come off them since they arrived! I can’t say enough good things about the quality and comfort. The sunbrella fabric is very nice. My one complaint is the lack of tracking. Be warned you will have zero information until another company calls you for delivery. They did tell us it arrived in Charlotte, but it was almost another week later before we had a set delivery date. So if you have a tight schedule, it could be hard. Still, fully worth it! We couldn’t find anything else we liked half as much.
