    If I could give negative stars I would. If you want 0 communication, constant mess ups on your orders go ahead and use Value City. If you want to keep your sanity probably best to steer clear. Its been nothing but headaches since day 1. We were told we would get a window of delivery on 10/31 we get a call from a confused rep who says mid conversation the time is changing let me call you back. We never get a call back for the delivery window for 11/1. We run an errand 11/1 at 7am and find we missed our delivery. We were very clear we were out of state the next week and needed it to be rescheduled to 11/8. We get a call from a manager stating we will get the couches 11/8. We call for our delivery window to find out our couches were not coming to us and we're given away. We now need to wait for our couch until 12/13 and we already got rid of our current couch pending the delivery we were promised twice. We are getting zero customer service to help and just being told it is what it is. This is absurd.

    If I could give zero stars I would. My family has been shopping from this location for over 10+ years and never have I experienced such disrespectful customer service. The old manager BK was always so helpful and willing to reduce clearance price items but the new manager Greg is an absolute nightmare. I refrain from using such strong words but his attitude is extremely dismissive and rude. When asked to reduce an item because the store was having a 20-40% sale he refused to even look up and acknowledge us and simply said “20% is final”. We wanted to buy multiple items off the floor and once we tried setting up delivery he simply told the employee we don’t deliver from the floor and you have to figure it out yourselves. It was only after we decided to cancel our entire order that he made me aware of the 3rd party delivery service that was available. Nonetheless, we decided to purchase a small coffee table off the floor and came back to pick it up today when it ended up being damaged while the employee was loading it in our car. We spoke to another employee and asked them if we could get another one or even a repair and he left to speak to the manager. When he came back he told us politely that the manager said there’s nothing he can do about it and it’s a non-refundable item. Mind you, this was a fault on their end not ours. He didn’t even have the decency to come look at the damaged and offer a discount or solution as a normal manager would. I was in disbelief at the way he handled that situation and had to walk up to his desk and ask for a refund. He rudely asked me for details and not once did he apologize for the inconvenience. I absolutely have no clue how he got the position as a manager and truly feel sorry for every employee that has to deal with his nasty attitude everyday. Never again will I shop at this location or any other Value City location that has that manager working there.

    DO NOT SHOP AT SARDIS RD.If I could give no Stars I would.. Ordered Furniture in store Salesman to busy trying to get a sale ordered the wrong sectional. Had to go through that with getting that straight. Then took additional 2 weeks for delivery that makes that 3 1/2 weeks after purchase that says same week delivery.. But attempted to deliver my recliner on separate time with no notification just popped up at the gate and I wasn't home so called with attitude from store cause I wasn't home but was emailed a time FRAME and a statement saying will be notified 30 mins before arrival..Now got the furniture assembled wrong recliner wobbles and sectional slides. Was told one date called for appointment time day before and was told not on the schedule. Then got a call days later and now have to wait another 2 weeks .Call customer service on both occasions was told will be compensated for the delivery which didnt happen and about repair and only got stalled out .I repeat don't shop at Sardis Rd... Go to University or another and if Furniture getting delivered from there ask to get it from another.

    Terrible quality and lies. Do not buy furniture here under any circumstances, you will regret it. They will take your money and never deliver the furniture.
