    I got a table and four chairs was thinking I was getting a good deal when they sold show me a table they had hidden damage then in the process of loading the table because they only had one person to load the table was scratched up more then after doing more research, they actually show me the table for more than if I would’ve bought it online from the same store but in the store they’re saying you get 20% off when actuality you’re paying more. I feel like I was scammed all the way around, so don’t shop, dear their clearance is not clearance.😡😡

    Extreme Delays & Unacceptable Customer Service on $1500 Dining Table Order I placed an order for a dining table (worth approximately $1,500) during the Memorial Day Weekend Sale. The full payment was processed immediately, and I was given an initial delivery estimate of 2 weeks. Since then, the delivery date has been postponed multiple times. • Initial delay pushed the delivery to 5 months. • The delivery was then set for this week (4 days away). • I was just called and told the delivery is now postponed for an additional 4 months, making the total wait time nearly 9 months for an item I was promised in 2 weeks. This lack of reliable information and communication is unacceptable. What is worse is the customer service response. When I called to express my frustration, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive, essentially stating that I must wait and offering zero compensation for the immense inconvenience caused by holding my money for almost a year. Value City Furniture has failed to deliver the product, provide an accurate timeline, or offer basic, respectful customer service. Buyers should be aware that their posted delivery dates are meaningless and customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority.
