- ABAndrea BertolliFeb 11, 20231.0When it doesn't feel right... usually it's not I was just shopping around for an extra Key and FOB, called the number because it seemed like an actual location, with maybe a kiosk... nope, its a call center that hooks you up with a variety of locksmiths. They immediately asked to dispatch a tech needed my address, they were very interested in the color of my car too (like really interested!) when i had to stop the person from talking to tell her all I want is a quote... i almost could hear the sigh on the other end... The quote was a little high imo, so i kindly thanked the person and said i'll think about it. immediately started to receive texts, "technician is trying to reach you" and such... then a call came from them again asking if i still needed a quote. I kindly told the person , i dont need the service, i just wanted a quote, its too high so i moved on.... here's the kicker... she asked me what my budget is??? I said to her, that's not relevant....you quoted, its too high for me, customer moves on. she starts down the path of "maybe we can negotiate with the tech and so on... when i told her i didn't want to go down this negotiation path, she simply hung up without warning. It was a shady interaction all in all. Made me feel like i was in a tank swimming with a shark. all i wanted was an extra key and maybe a fob, i didn't know i was buying speakers from the back of a truck....

Therefore, I could not pay them so they did not send anyone to unlock the car...the customer service rep suggested messaging someone on facebook to get their card information so they could charge them $140 to send someone out to me....They were not willing to work with me and refused to accept payment at time of service... Did not have this problem with other locksmiths.
