After being told our contract was canceled and paying 150$ cancellation fee, they sent a bill for January and trying to make us speak with the General Manager, who is now bribing us to take the review down in exchange for a cancelation fee refund. PLEASE STEER CLEAR and do not sign up for these services. They do not hold true with subpar service technicians. These Google reviews are probably fake as well, given they are asking us to take it down. My husband and I have been using this company for a about 6 months and the service and price are very mediocre. We have been requesting cancellation because they have been unable to help us on multiple issues that we had. We called and they said the manager was out but should be able to cancel. That was weeks ago. Do not sign up for their services, you can easily do what they are doing with spray from Lowe’s, which we have had to do multiple times this year.
