I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in, there was no pressure to look at other more expensive options like I experienced at other stores, it was a quick in and out. Delivery and installation went smoothly, my laundry room is on the second floor so I was nervous about that but they were very careful removing and installing the washer and dryer and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this company.

However, I can't say the same about the service/repair side of the business. I wanted a second freezer shelf for my new fridge. The price Haywood quoted me for that glass shelf was $108 plus tax. Today I purchased the shelf direct from Frigidaire for $42.72, delivered. Although I suspect Haywood isn't alone in charging exorbitant prices for parts, this markup of over 170% deserves cautionary recognition by customers. Be advised!
