This team is amazing! Tyler and the other repair team have always been respectful and efficient. And best of all, they explain what is wrong and how to fix it or to avoid a similar issue from happening again. And when it was time for a new reach-in freezer, Jim was there to help. He explained the differences between each and helped me make the best decision. And then, they helped get the beast of a 2-door freezer into a very tight kitchen. Blue Ridge Refrigeration is excellent!! I called them for some minor repairs I needed for my business after another company had told me they were not taking any new clients & a second that basically ghosted me. Blue Ridge was very responsive. I had someone come & look at my equipment within a couple of days. The costs were explained to me & the repairs were done in a timely manner. While my issues were minor & was not by any means a big job for them I was treated as if it were. I will be using them again in the future & would highly recommend.

The worst company we've done business with in the past 20 years. Waited 5 days for a response for an urgent problem with the ice cream machine not working. After repeated calls a tech arrived and was not familiar with I e cream machine. I had to show him how to remove panels from machine. After 3 hours of looking at machine he advised it would cost appoximately $800 to fix it. He advised he would get back to me. 10 days later we called another company. They responded immediately. Fixed the problem in minutes. All it was a computer reboot. I .Hope blue ridge refrigeration uses my $500 to train their necks and customer service.
